Situated in the heart of Camden, close to Central London, Hayat developed a 5 storey new build mixed-use scheme providing a ground floor commercial space and six residential units.
Problem
The site, located in Camden, was in receivership and only partially constructed when Hayat acquired it in January 2022, presenting both legal and structural challenges.
Solution
Hayat carried out extensive remedial work to complete the 5-storey mixed-use building, which included commercial space and six luxury flats. The property was successfully sold to a freehold investor in September 2022.

Hayat acquired a distressed Camden site for £2.2 million, completed £750,000 in remedial work, and sold the finished 5-storey mixed-use development for £4 million.
